Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal. Responsibilities include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. The Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent guest service to create a memorable dining experience. Assist in setting up and cleaning work areas and supplies. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and guests. Manage the dining area to ensure cleanliness and organization. Qualifications and Requirements: Creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication. Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces. Read and verify menu information visually. Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Less than 1 year of related work experience. No supervisory experience required. No license or certification necessary.
