Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify network trends, customer pain points, and improvement opportunities, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and propose tailored technical solutions based on customer requirements, network conditions, and industry standards.Assist in the preparation and delivery of solution planning, product presentations, and technical demonstrations to prospective clients.Contribute to achieving market and sales targets by supporting solution development and deployment processes.Provide technical support to senior members of the Solution Sales team, including documentation, research, and analysis for ongoing projects.Stay up to date with Huawei's cutting-edge network products, solutions, and industry advancements through continuous learning and training.
Requirements
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Management Engineer, Finance, Economics or a related discipline, graduating between January 2025 and December 2027.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Passion for technology and a keen interest in network solutions, customer engagement, and innovation.Language requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian. Knowledge of Chinese language is mandatory.
