Assess and implement product lifecycle initiatives. /li liMonitor customer experience through data and market feedback to drive iterations and improvements. /li liAct as the internal and external expert on your product domain and competitive landscape. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering successful products. /li liSolid technical understanding of the collaboration and UCC landscape, including market trends and ecosystem dynamics. /li liHands‑on experience with multisensor AV architectures, intelligent video framing, acoustic/voice technologies and UC platform certification processes (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google). /li liStrong customer‑centric mindset, able to translate user insights into validated product requirements. /li liExcellent cross‑functional communicator, capable of driving alignment across RD, UX, Sales, and other stakeholders. /li liComfortable working with UX principles, prototyping, and customer validation workflows. /li liConfident presenter able to create clarity and influence senior leadership. /li /ul h3Behaviors /h3 ul liDemonstrates broad sense of ownership, proactiveness, and an entrepreneurial approach. /li liStrong collaborator with excellent stakeholder management capabilities. /li liAnalytical, structured problem solver with a sharp attention to detail.
