As a Global Business Development Manager for Bruker AXS, you drive market strategy and revenue growth across geoscience and forensic science segments. You coordinate sales, applications, and marketing worldwide, shaping opportunities with key accounts and channel development. You'll balance customer needs with product roadmaps and pricing, while aligning cross‐functional teams to expand Bruker AXS impact in high‐tech analytics. This role offers global reach and a clear path to influence market direction. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage worldwide Market Segment activities (sales, segment sales application, and segment marketing) in collaboration with HUB Managers/Directors, Marketing and Product Managers Co‐manage global key accounts and oversee sales opportunities across segments Shape and adapt the Bruker AXS sales process for segment‐specific needs, including discount approvals Execute sales strategies based on VOC (voice of customer) insights for segment products Provide sales forecast and market intelligence for the segment Oversee segment‐wide Sales Applications, prioritizing testing, demos, and notes Plan and run segment‐focused workshops and customer events Define market TAM/SAM by region and product line; support competitive intelligence Create and distribute training and collateral; guide segment marketing activities Develop and implement segment‐focused Inside Sales campaigns and training Identify successful applications and develop BD strategies for those applications Establish and manage segment price lists in collaboration with Product Managers Coordinate service concepts and pricing with Service teams for the segment Engage in regional account visits and subsidiary engagement; xrdztoy maintain CRM data for leads/opportunities Responsabilità Bachelor degree in Geoscience, Material Sciences, Physics or Chemistry MBA or equivalent with minimum 3 years P&L or strategic/technical marketing experience At least 5 years of experience in the Geoscience market with sales/marketing in analytical techniques Strong problem‐solving, practical attitude, and ability to handle sales/marketing tasks Knowledge of analytical instrumentation and processes (preferred) Sales experience in high‐tech or analytical instrumentation environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
