Job Purpose
To be the owner of the business, a Company Brand Ambassador, and a business leader, responsible for overall store performance. To ensure an extraordinary client experience by being present on the sales floor and supporting all activities to meet store targets. To manage and coach the store team, ensuring succession plans and internal growth.
Responsibilities
Business
* Drive and maximize sales performance.
* Propose and develop business plans.
* Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
* Represent the company in the local market, identifying new opportunities to increase customer footfall, attract new clients, and build brand loyalty.
* Be present on the sales floor, ensuring proper client approach and service.
* Foster omnichannel development through the team.
* Meet store operating budgets and control expenses.
Customer
* Develop and maintain solid client relationships to foster a client-centric mindset.
* Guarantee excellent client satisfaction and high service levels.
* Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure loyalty and increase spending.
* Promote private appointment culture.
Team
* Encourage entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication.
* Ensure the team is well-informed about brand information, products, market trends, and policies.
* Attract and recruit top talents via networking and scouting.
Retail
* Develop sales strategies in collaboration with merchandising, visual, and operations teams.
* Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales according to company guidelines.
* Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback based on store needs.
* Ensure cooperation between front and back of house.
* Enforce company procedures on cash, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
Events
* Coordinate with the Retail Events Office for local events, setting challenging yet realistic targets per client, and proposing new opportunities in partnership with local stakeholders and influencers.
