As part of the EU Dosing Sales Team, you will drive sustainable growth by expanding our customer base, strengthening partnerships, and promoting Grundfos solutions in water treatment. **Key responsibilities**: - Identify new business opportunities and assess feasibility for dosing and disinfection solutions
- Execute sales plans, grow existing accounts, and develop new customers
- Provide technical guidance to customers, consultants, and partners
- Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to support business strategy
- Deliver product training and support team development
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper opportunity tracking **What makes you a great fit**:
You are a technically skilled sales professional with strong knowledge of dosing and disinfection, experience in value selling, and the ability to influence stakeholders. **We expect**: - 7+ years of experience in technical sales (water treatment, dosing, or disinfection preferred)
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, channels, and customers
- Experience in international industrial environments **It is a plus if you have**: - Experience with companies such as SEKO, EMEC, ProMinent, Watson-Marlow, Milton Roy, Nalco, or Suez WT
- Experience with SAP BW or similar tools
