About this Position
This
position is focused on sales management of strategic accounts and international
key accounts sites in the area of responsibility, in alignment with the
Regional Head of Sales and KAM.
What you´ll do
* Execute sales strategy in
alignment with sustainability goals and develop action plans in line with
strategic priorities
* Actively manage implementation
of price strategy in the region
* Build and maintains
relationships in the assigned territory & implement customer feedback
(VOC) to refine sales approaches
* Drive implementation of key
strategic initiatives in sales area
* Deliver sales targets and
monitors competitor activities and pricing
* Ensure efficient geographical
coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business
potential (sales and profit)
* Coordinate tasks between key
interfaces and ensure fulfillment of administrative tasks
* Provide sales forecast and
monitors key KPIs & leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and
automation to enhance sales performance
What makes you a good fit
* Master's Degree in Chemistry or
Chemical Engineering, or related fields
* Min. of 10 years of proven
experience in management of industrial and international accounts is
mandatory
* Strong technical expertise in
packaging manufacturing, or related fields
* Fluency in Italian and in
English is mandatory
* Excellent communication, organizational
and negotiation skills
* Mobility to visit customers in
the North of Italy more than 50% per week (in Italy), availability to
travel abroad
