Responsibilities Manage sales in the South European region. Handle a diverse portfolio of customers, from key accounts to specialized companies requiring your expertise. Expand our market position by growing existing business and attracting new customers. Build strong market and application knowledge to become a true business partner for your customers. Prepare and follow up on customer contacts, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer and Oleon requirements. Work in an international environment with different departments such as purchasing, production, planning, supply chain, and sales. Be based in Genoa and report to the General Manager of the sales affiliate. You'll succeed if You hold a master’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or equivalent experience. You have 5 years of B2B sales & marketing experience, with a drive to close deals involving products and solutions. You have experience in product development, formulations (optional), and launching new markets through large accounts. You possess key account management skills, with market and technical know-how, and can provide market feedback and insights from your network. You have excellent communication skills across diverse cultures and levels. You are proactive, business-driven, and results-oriented. You have strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, working independently or in teams to meet deadlines. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are a self-starter with proven commercial and communication abilities. You are willing to travel up to 30% overnight.
