Your mission: drive global commercial success, influence product innovation, and deliver exceptional value to clients worldwide. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive Global Sales: Lead efforts to identify, develop, and close high‑value opportunities, partnering with Business Development Directors who own the account relationships. /li liExecute Go‑to‑market strategy: support Commercial Lead in defining the go‑to‑market strategy and operationalize it to achieve sales targets across global markets. /li liDefine Value Propositions: collaborate with Commercial Lead and Solution Engineering to create compelling storyboards and articulate CTFS’s unique value to clients. /li liInfluence Product Roadmap: work closely with the Product team to provide market intelligence and customer feedback that shapes future enhancements. /li liCampaign Collaboration: partner with Inside Sales to design and execute targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads. /li liClient Engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships. /li liCollaborate effectively: Operate effectively within IQVIA’s, global matrix organization, driving alignment across multiple teams and geographies. /li liMarket Expertise: stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to position CTFS effectively. /li /ul h3Our Ideal Candidate /h3 ul liStrategic thinker, passionate about sales, and adept at building trust with senior stakeholders. /li liDeep knowledge of clinical trial payments; experience with SaaS solutions strongly preferred. /li liHas a passion for the sales profession, for prospecting and for finding new solutions to new clients. /li liAbility to manage complex, multi‑country engagements and navigate matrixed organizations with a consultative approach. /li li10+ years in sales, business development, client‑facing within pharma or life sciences, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. /li liExceptional negotiation, influencing, and communication skills; strong customer service orientation. /li liEstablished relationships within the life sciences industry and ability to leverage them for business growth. /li liBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. /li /ul pIQVIA is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
