Job Opportunity: Site Manager / Construction Supervisor - High Voltage Infrastructure
Alti Profili, a division of Umana Group specializing in middle and top management recruitment for the Italian and international markets, is seeking a Site Manager / Capo Cantiere for a leading company specializing in high and very high voltage electricity transmission infrastructure projects.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will report directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for overseeing operational activities on site for the construction of AT / AAT power lines. Responsibilities include managing on-site teams and resources, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards, liaising with technical and client representatives, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise on-site activities for the construction of high voltage power lines.
* Manage on-site personnel, including internal staff and subcontractors.
* Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards (HSE).
* Interface with technical clients, project management, and headquarters.
* Monitor project progress and address operational issues.
* Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
* Contribute to site reporting and technical-administrative documentation.
* Ensure activities are executed in accordance with technical specifications and current regulations.
Qualifications:
* Technical diploma or Engineering degree (preferably Electrical or Civil).
* At least 2 years of experience as Site Manager or Construction Supervisor in infrastructure or industrial projects, preferably in the energy/electricity sector.
* Knowledge of HSE regulations applicable to industrial sites.
* Operational management skills, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
* Good knowledge of IT tools (Office Suite, project management software).
* Technical English knowledge is a plus.
