SALES MANAGER EUROPEAN MARKETS
\n
Posizione: The role reports directly to the Owner/CEO, defining and overseeing the European Sales strategy and coordinating its implementation with the HQ.
\n
Responsibilities
\n
Provide technical support to European customers, help customers select the correct products for their application;
\n
Help customers coordinate with the Chinese factory regarding POs, delivery times, after‑sales service and manage any problems that could arise in the relationship with customers;
\n
Constantly visit customers all over Europe;
\n
Develop relationships with new customers based on yearly target or a business development plan;
\n
Keep headquarters constantly informed of the progress of activities providing adequate reporting;
\n
Support the search for a warehouse site in Italy that meets logistical requirements;
\n
Manage inventory requirements in relation to business development plans;
\n
Manage warehouse activities by defining the organization, procedures, and systems.
\n
Requirements
\n
Experience in the hydraulic or pump sector is mandatory (screw pump and/or gear pump for Oil/Gas, Power Generation, Toll machinery or Industrial sectors);
\n
Fluent spoken and written English;
\n
At least five to seven years of experience in international business development, key account management and sales strategy across European markets in the mechanical business sector;
\n
University Degree in international business/technical/engineering is preferable;
\n
Hands‑on experience, dynamic and pragmatic approach;
\n
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities;
\n
Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills;
\n
Focus on results and strong negotiation skills.
\n
Work location The Company does not have any site in Italy yet; the candidate will target the market by traveling across European countries. The role therefore involves frequent travel within Europe and occasionally to China to carry out the assignment.
