Join the JET Sales organisation as a Sales Support Intern and play a vital role in our growth. This is a 6-month internship that is renewable for an additional 6 months (total of 12 months). It can be structured as either a curricular or extracurricular stage.
You will deliver timely, high-quality administrative support that enables our sales teams to be highly efficient and effective. Your work directly contributes to new restaurant partner activation and helps us maintain our commitment to excellent service and team collaboration.
Reporting to: Team Leader Sales Operations
Activate new partners by meticulously completing the verification of all required information to successfully onboard them onto the platform.
Provide seamless administrative support across the sales organisation, directly contributing to team success.
Process and accurately document incoming sales-related queries (calls and emails) from new restaurant partners.
Help maintain a high service quality and delivery speed, directly impacting the efficiency of sales operations.
Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings and discussions, supporting team strategy and progress.
The ability to communicate with partners over the phone in a professional, commercial manner.
Fluent in Italian
Preferred familiarity with Salesforce (e.g., creating leads or managing assignments).
Language: English language skills.
