We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we're looking for a passionate
Digital Marketing Intern
to join our BU Italy.
As part of the Marketing team, you'll support digital initiatives across areas such as
consumer engagement
,
community management
,
content creation
, and
CRM & loyalty programs
. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Digital, Sales HQ) and external partners (agencies, CRM providers, call centers) to help drive Lavazza's digital transformation.
What You'll Do
- Support e-commerce activities, including promotions and content updates
- Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns and loyalty initiatives (e.g., My Lavazza, Piacere Lavazza)
- Help manage social media channels and community engagement
- Contribute to editorial planning and content creation for digital platforms
- Support influencer partnerships and digital media coordination
- Assist in reporting and analysis of digital KPIs
- Collaborate on digital asset updates (e.g., Amazon Brand Store, landing pages)
- Participate in contest and campaign management across retail and away-from-home channels
Who we're looking for
- You're available for a 6-month full-time internship, starting Sept/Oct 2025
- You're fluent in Italian and English
- You hold a Master's degree in Marketing or Communication (Digital or UX path preferred)
- You're confident with Excel and PowerPoint, and eager to sharpen your skills
- You're curious, proactive, and ready to step out of your comfort zone
- You're a team player with a passion for digital innovation
- (And if you're a coffee lover… that's a plus)
