You will support the business results by being involved in the product offering lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a customer advocate and incorporating feedback to enhance product features, usability, and overall customer satisfaction. /p pWork model: On-site. /p h3You Will Be Mainly Accountable For /h3 ul liResponsible for digital low voltage technical support (Level 3). /li liFurther contributing to development and communication of the strategic vision and roadmap for low voltage digital offerings. /li liUnderstanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to support the definition of digital product goals and objectives. /li liIdentifying potential gaps in the portfolio, with respect to the competition and new market opportunities. /li liAnalyzing market data, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and help prioritising feature development. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liYou are immersed in product lifecycle management function in switchgear market. /li liYou have experience in advanced technical support in digital switchgear applications, marketing sales, tendering, engineering. /li liYou are familiar with PLM to manage support request process and in product training. /li liDegree in electrical engineering. /li liYou are at ease communicating in English. /li liWillingness to travel domestically internationally. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
