To further accelerate our growth in Italy, we are looking for a high‐performing Key Account Manager who will drive new business development, win strategic OEM projects, and build a strong pipeline of multi‐year opportunities in the sealing technology segment.YOUR MISSIONTake full ownership of key OEM customers in Italy while actively developing high‐potential new accounts, with a clear focus on generating strong growth and expanding market shareBuild and manage a solid sales pipeline of strategic projects, ensuring consistent order intake and long‐term business developmentDrive profitable business growth by acquiring and closing new projects, leveraging Angst+Pfister's engineering capabilities and value propositionDevelop tailor‐made solutions by aligning our sealing technologies and USPs with customer‐specific requirementsProactively identify, approach, and win new strategic customers in the Italian market, with a strong hunting mindsetBuild strong, long‐term customer relationships through frequent visits, structured account management, and proactive issue resolution, in close alignment with internal engineering and management teamsYOUR PROFILEMaster's degree in Business with a technical focus and/or a Master's degree in EngineeringMinimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of generating significant growth and winning complex projectsStrong technical expertise in sealing technologies combined with a solid track record of profitable growth in the Italian marketAbility to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (engineering, purchasing, management)Demonstrated ability to build trustful relationships, negotiate at senior level, and win complex, solution‐driven businessEntrepreneurial mindset, results‐driven, and able to operate with high level of ownership and accountabilityProficiency in Italian and fluent in English (written and spoken)ANGST+PFISTER DNAThe Angst+Pfister Group has been a leading development and production partner for industrial components for over 100 years.
