Ph3Your Opportunity, Your Team /h3 pThe Planner supports QVC Italy ensuring our customers, in close collaboration with the Buying team, curated,varied and valuable assortment every day, maximizing sales and margins and maintaining a lean inventory. /p h3Where You'll Work /h3 ul lipThis role is bhybrid /band will require you to be onsite in our offices in Brugherio (MB) / onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company. /p /li lipThis is a full time – fixed term contract. /p /li /ul h3What You'll Do /h3 pReporting to the Planning Manager you will: /p ul liPartner with Buying to analyze business and develop short and mid-term strategic plans for your Brands portfolio /li liBuild the on-air /off air sales plan to reach productivity maximization /li liMonitor and review sales performance /li liMaintain category margin requirements and find opportunities to increase it when possible /li liManage and action overall inventory to assigned goal /li /ul h3Daily tasks /h3 ul liStrategize items to maximize selling exposures on all the QVC platforms /li liIdentify opportunities including pricing promo, installment payments and free shipping /li liQuick react to daily/monthly trends /li liIdentify lines to re-order and propose quantities for key lines, being responsible for developing strategies for the entire life cycle to ensure sales are maximized on each line /li liIdentify and action markdown and liquidation inventory, ensuring that the correct status, pricing and liquidation strategy is applied following QVC's guidelines /li /ul h3High-level deliverables /h3 ul liManage the OTB-Open to Buy process forecasting with high accuracy sales and inventory level /li liBuild and explore/understand reports to get insights in order to update Brand/product strategy during the year /liliIdentify opportunities within category assortment based on sales trends and gaps in the inventory /li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ul li2-5 years of experience in a similar role (mandatory) /li liGood Office suite knowledge with Excel strong expertise /li liStrong analytical skills /li liFluency in Italian and English is a must /li liExperience of being responsible for a product area and stock management (preferred) /li liAbility to work in a very collaborative "live commercial" environment (preferred) /li liAbility to take risks constantly learning and improving /li liGood empathy, curiosity and entrepreneurship mindset /li /ul h3Total Rewards /h3 pOur bTotal Rewards /b package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
