Fratelli wants to recruit a Human Resources Manager for Novara Plant and Galliate Mill.The individual will report to the Novara Plant Director and functionally to the Human Resources Director Operations and Industrial relations Italy.Job PurposeThe person, in order to support the plant's results achievement and improvement, will provide support in the proper management and development of plant personnel, guaranteeing compliance with legislation, established company processes, and agreements with labor unions that modify conditions set by national contracts. In conjunction with the Corporate HR team, he/she will help implement all human resources processes in line with Group policies and programs.Key AccountabilitiesParticipate in the development of Barilla’s budget by collaborating with FA management and each department’s HR to define resource needs, evaluate labor costs, and set budgets for recruitment, training, and development activities. Analyze gaps between expected and actual variables, following established procedures.Ensure effective attraction, selection, and deployment of new personnel for the plant, covering both white-collar and blue-collar workers, aligned with workforce plans and profiles required by different plant units, within the allocated budget.Guarantee proper implementation of technical and managerial training for plant personnel, working with the local Knowledge Management team to identify participants, facilitate initiatives, and gather feedback on their efficacy and usefulness.Oversee the development of the Performance Management process, including preparing for meetings with union representatives, monitoring implementation stages, supporting plant managers and shift supervisors in conducting interviews, and making necessary adjustments in line with central HR guidelines.Ensure the proper execution of specific company processes involving plants.Manage procedures related to plant workers and handle local labor law litigations.Coordinate with FA management to ensure proper payroll, personnel management, privacy protection, and compliance with social security, fiscal, and contractual regulations.Participate in developing local strategies for relations and negotiations with Trade Unions, including defining agreements, supervising their implementation, and supporting plant-based and local union relations, aligned with broader strategies from the Associate Relations function.
