Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
* Collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads.
Customer & Partner Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
* Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
* Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.
Reporting & Forecasting:
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
* Track and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates.
* Use CRM tools to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
* Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
* Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
Team Leadership & Development:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
* Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and coach for continuous improvement.
* Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
* Strong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations effectively.
* Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
* Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
* Ability to work towards team objectives, coordinate tasks, and accept overseas travel; overseas work experience is preferred.
