Identify and pursue new business opportunities in up to two industrial segments, including FMCG, process industries, end-of-line automation, and extraction. Manage the full sales cycle from territory prioritization to RFQ creation and closure. Plan every customer interaction with a clear objective and track deal advancement rigorously Maintain CRM hygiene with same-day updates on all activities and opportunities Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent ~5–8 years xivgfpx of B2B sales or business development experience in automation, capital equipment, or industrial solutions ~ Consistent track record of quota attainment ~ Comfortable owning the full sales cycle independently ~
