* Purpose of the Job
To verify train on its arrival to the depot, to close all opened orders and assure the respect of the availability and reliability of the fleet.
* Responsibilities
* Ensure troubleshooting on trains according to state-of-art and best practice.
* Ensure validity and certification of relevant tools
* Guarantee information flow within the trouble shooting team
* Contribute to Reliability Growth and Return of Experience
* Respect EHS rules and any work related processes
* Measurement
Reliability, availability and punctuality (Other KPI’s relevant to contract)
* KPI on fleet health e.g. Service Order Close-out - (real time)
* Customer feedback (eg. Customer annual survey)
