PpThe Presales Engineer is a key figure in the relationship between AREA and its customers. He works closely with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, present AREA’s solutions, and build long-term, trust-based relationships founded on consultancy and technical expertise. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThe Presales Engineer is responsible for presenting solutions and value propositions to AREA prospects, preparing product demonstrations, and developing long-term relationships with customers. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPresent the solutions and value proposition to AREA prospects with a level of detail adequate to the audience. /li liPrepare and conduct product demonstrations. /li liDelivery of ongoing feedback to product development/management based on prospect or customer feedback, observed product weaknesses, and general market trends. /li liDevelop long-term relationships with customers based on an ongoing consultancy process throughout the lifecycle of their AREA systems. /li liSupport AREA’s promotional activities by attending trade shows and conferences. /li liCollect market intelligence by evaluating other industry players and their products. /li liRespond to prospect and discuss product enhancement. /li liPrepare and deliver technology and product presentations. /li liSupport in the preparation and organization of Trade Fairs and events, both in planning, preparation, and on-site setup. /li liHelp in the design of custom-made products. /li liProvide direct support to Key Account Managers during the bid phase regarding product demonstrations/presentations and workshops (requirements management). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
