About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned sales manager to oversee the establishment of a robust channel system in Italy, encompassing agents, secondary key accounts, and OEM customers.
* Develop and execute market fund utilization strategies to formulate product and pricing plans that drive business growth.
* Optimize distributor systems to ensure efficient supply chain management, maintain market order, and guarantee profitability for partners.
* Create sales strategies aligned with company requirements, set quarterly/annual goals, and enhance marketing organization systems to allocate resources effectively.
* Ensure accurate regional sell-in and sell-out management through precise sales forecasting.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales management, or a related field; experience in personal care, small appliances, kitchen appliances, and pet products is desirable.
* At least five years of relevant work experience in local markets, preferably in Italy, with a proven track record of integrated marketing success.
* Strong ability to handle pressure, excellent market development, and sales capabilities, coupled with a deep understanding of past experiences.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and manage relationships, and prior experience in team leadership and project development.
