Mission
As a leader of Sephora Italy, the most loved beauty community in the world, you will:
* Ensure the achievement of the store's economic performance (meeting budget and targets).
* Coordinate commercial and organizational activities in your store (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns).
* Manage the store's income statement (inventory differences, management costs, personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize costs.
* Analyze and animate KPIs related to customer behavior (entries, average receipt, items per receipt).
* Manage stock levels according to replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
* Apply company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication).
* Lead your store, managing Sephora Specialists (Department Managers) who are trained to welcome customers and animate the floor.
* Collaborate with your Area Manager and HR department on tailored internal growth paths.
Background
* At least 3/4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
* Knowledge of key retail KPIs, budget management, and daily analysis and reporting.
* Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong results orientation.
* High predisposition to managing a complex and large team, guiding it toward objectives and fostering a team spirit.
