Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and
manage storytelling concepts for social media campaigns
Write
engaging and platform-appropriate copy for posts, captions, carousels, and
short-form content across channels
(Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Collaborate
with designers and content creators to pair strong narratives with compelling
visuals.
Use AI
tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly) to brainstorm creative directions and
generate visual ideas that complement written content.
Ensure
brand voice consistency across all channels and formats.
Stay up to
date with trends in social media, digital storytelling, and platform best
practices.
Contribute
to shaping editorial calendars and content strategies to boost engagement and
strengthen brand positioning.
Coordinate content from the content lab
resources with the internal digital team
Requirements:
Bachelor's
degree in Design, Communication, Media or similar (IED: Communication Design,
Graphic Design, Master in Brand Management and Communication, Master in Digital
Art Direction)
Strong
writing and editing skills in Italian and/or English, with a flair for
storytelling.
1-2 years
experience (internship) is a plus
A passion
for social media, digital culture, and emerging content trends.
A
collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with designers,
strategists, and other content creators.
Curiosity
and openness to experimenting with new tools and formats.
