This position reports to: Sales Manager Job Summary As Regional Sales Manager, you will define and execute a sales strategy tailored to your region (Southern Europe and the Middle East & Africa). Your core responsibility is to maximize revenue, profitability, and market penetration through proactive leadership of local sales teams. You will oversee Local Division Managers and ensure alignment and execution across the region, adapting strategies based on market dynamics. The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Division Sales Manager. The work model is hybrid. Key Responsibilities Accountable for divisional sales performance and growth in your region. Define and deliver sales targets; establish KPIs for growth. Lead sales teams with a focus on accountability, performance, and customer focus. Identify new business opportunities and implement revenue strategies. Monitor sales pipeline, address gaps, and take corrective actions. Drive pricing and profitability strategies with Product Management. Develop strategic capabilities. Foster cross-division collaboration for synergy and efficiency. Build high-performing sales teams through coaching and development. What We Expect Proven experience managing large sales organizations. Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue and profitability. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
