The BDM is responsible for increasing the pipeline offering and winning contracts for an assigned services portfolio and/or within an assigned geographical coverage. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ol liUpdate the sales pipeline with new prospects for follow-up. /li liLearn to prioritize and manage prospects effectively. /li libContract Closing Support: /b Provide support in activities related to closing contracts and gain exposure to finalizing deals and agreements. /li libCross-Selling and Mutual Opportunities: /b Support the development of cross-selling and mutual opportunities, exploring organizational synergies. /li libCompetitor Tracking and Intelligence: /b Track competitor activity and provide updates on news and intelligence to understand the competitive landscape. /li libCollaboration with Experienced Managers: /b Collaborate with senior Business Development Managers, assist in focusing on new business, client visits, and understanding customer needs, contributing to building customer relationships. /li libCustomer Satisfaction and Repeat Business: /b Contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and encourage loyalty. /li libContract, Tender, and Quotation Support: /b Support in preparing and submitting business proposals, tenders, and quotations. /li /ol h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Economics /li liHigh School Diploma / GED in General Studies / Other /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or related fields. /li liKnowledge of certification management system is advantageous. /li liStrong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. /li liAnalytical thinking, proactive attitude, and self-motivation. /li liProficiency in negotiation techniques and familiarity with CRM systems. /li liAbility to structure activities, manage emotions, and build trust. /li liCommitment to sustainable development, embracing change, and fostering internal and external relationships. /li /ul h3Company Overview /h3 pWith over 5,600 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries, RINA provides certification, marine classification, testing, supervision, inspection, training, and engineering consultancy services across various sectors.
