Your role: Lead and grow high‑impact partner relationships, driving performance across complex, high‑revenue channel ecosystems. Define and execute the Partner Sales strategy, setting mid‑ and long‑term direction, priorities, and growth plans aligned with the Go‑to‑Market approach. Shape and implement partner development frameworks, from selection and onboarding to capability building and joint business planning. Manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring delivery against objectives, budgets, and timelines. Strengthen partner capabilities through structured governance, innovative commercial approaches, and professional proposal methodologies. Build strong internal and external networks, representing the organization at senior and executive level to influence strategic decision‑making. You're the right fit if you have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in Partner Sales, Channel Management, or Strategic Account Development, managing complex partner ecosystems with significant commercial and operational impact in the healthcare industry. Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence senior executives, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and manage complex projects end‑to‑end. You thrive in matrix organizations, are comfortable navigating ambiguity and regulated environments, and are passionate about developing people, partnerships, and sustainable business models.
