We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser RTW who will support in defining and managing product assortments across different markets, ensuring the right balance between brand representation and sales performance.The role will contribute to building a consistent global buying strategy while adapting assortments to local market needs.
Main TasksAnalyze market trends and competitorsDefine regional retail selection guidelines and assortmentsProvide markets with master selection and buying guidelines (including quantity indications) for RTW collections and capsulesSupport local teams during the buying campaign, ensuring alignment with guidelines before final submissionMonitor business performance by channel and market, identifying opportunities to optimize sales and product flowMaintain regular communication with markets to understand local needs and support business performance
The ideal candidate will haveDegree in Economics or related fieldMinimum 2/3 years of experience in Retail Merchandising or PlanningStrong analytical skillsAdvanced knowledge of ExcelExcellent knowledge of PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)High level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong communication and presentation skills
