Chef de Partie Pastry
For the season 2026, we are looking for a Chef de Partie Pastry to join the team at our refined La Terrazza Restaurant and at the Pool Grill Restaurant.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests.
He/She reports to Pastry Chef.
Main Duties & ResponsabilitiesPlan, prepare, and execute a wide array of exquisite desserts, cakes, pastries, chocolates, and other sweet items, ensuring the highest standards of taste, texture, and visual presentation.
Develop new recipes and innovative dessert concepts in collaboration with the Pastry Chef, aligning with seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
Maintain impeccable standard of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the pastry section, strictly adhering to HACCP regulations and health & safety guidelines.
Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage and rotation of all pastry ingredients.
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with other kitchen sections and front‑of‑house teams to facilitate seamless service.
Conduct daily quality checks to guarantee consistency and excellence in all finished products.RequirementsA formal culinary qualification in pastry arts and extensive practical experience.
