Overview
Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel Milan, is recruiting a F&B Support expert/Commis de rang. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role covers tasks related to F&B service in any of our four outlets. This is a full-time, non-management position.

What You’ll Do
- Serve food and beverage items to guests.
- Ensure authentic and efficient service; check with guests that the dining experience meets expectations.
- Support the team to ensure the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
- Prepare and restock outlet inventory.
- Clean tables, complete closing duties, and restock tableware and supplies.
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
- Comply with quality assurance standards and health, safety and hygiene policies.
What You’ll Need
- Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
- Warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
- At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
- Safety-first approach.
- Positive outlook and dependability.
- Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
