Apply now and be part of the TECHNYL transformation!In collaboration with our RD and innovation teams, you seek business development in your respective segment of Engineering Materials. You will grow your customer portfolio and ensure their satisfaction. In a nutshell, you contribute to the company's growth strategy and have the opportunity to increase our circular solutions.Your responsibilities:You define prospecting targets and develop a new customer portfolio in your segment market (Electric Electronics or Consumer Industrial Goods), including healthcare, sport Leisure, home power tools, water management.You manage key customer relationships, including contract negotiations, closing deals (product choice, pricing, service), managing customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.You define and deploy commercial plans and activities. You develop forecasts at the appropriate level of accuracy to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement for key customers.You manage/support innovation, facilitate product launches, and coordinate new application developments at targeted accounts.How will you get there:You own a Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent, with international sales experience. You speak fluently in English and Italian.You can demonstrate the following skills:Strong client-facing and communication skillsExcellent knowledge of sales management methods and techniquesWorking knowledge of customer service databases and toolsAwareness of Engineering Material products or ThermoplasticsAbility to think strategically and leadAdvanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skillsWhat we offer:We offer a unique role exploring new business opportunities in a challenging market and contributing to company growth within a dynamic and collaborative commercial team.
