For our upcoming opening with Corinthia Rome and Carlo Cracco, we are looking for a polished and dynamic Chef de Rang. You will manage your station confidently, ensuring each guest interaction reflects our refined contemporary dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead your section with precision Present menus, take orders, guide guests with warmth Coordinate with Commis and FOH team Maintain high-level presentation and detail Support a collaborative team atmosphere What We're Looking For: Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality Strong communication and refined service presence Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, eager to grow Fluency in English is mandatory; Symphony is a plus Passion for sophisticated hospitality
