At SAES you will have the opportunity to work on ambitious projects to grow B!POD brand, collaborating with internal development teams and external partners across Europe. /p h3Your key responsibilities will be: /h3 pThe Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing all the operations regarding B!POD brand and its projects. The Brand Manager reports directly to the top management. /p pIn the role of Brand Manager, you will take responsibility of the brands PL, budget, forecasts and overall execution of Marketing commercial strategies, including new launches, campaigns, events, press coverage, retail development and any special project. /p pBrand, product and marketing strategy will be set and reviewed every three months with the top management. Your focus will be actuation of brand strategy and management, media ownership, KPI analysis, finance and PL mastery and team management. /p h3In the specific you will: /h3 ul liDevelop and deliver country-based strategies and launch plans in collaboration with internal key stakeholders and external partners (e.g. media agency). /li liFollow all day-to-day operations for brand functioning. /li liOwn the brand budget, ensuring effective and accurate budget management. /li liDevelop and test product growth strategies (including pricing, advertising, and product launches) to help our products flourish to their full, market-leading potential. /li liSelect, build and oversee commercial partnership to grow the presence of the products in retail and online stores. /li liManage existing growth activities (including performance marketing, re-engagement, events, influence marketing). /li liStudy the market and competition intensely and identify new strategies to help our products and brands reach ever-increasing heights. /li liSupport in a proactive way all key processes, including Annual Strategic Plan, Monthly/Quarterly Business Review. /li liHave full control of Brand Health status (Market Share, Brand KPIs, Panel Data, what worked/what needs to be improved). /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liCuriosity and willingness to experiment are a must, along with a passion and an hands on work approach. /li li3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role. /li liGood marketing mix knowledge and previous experiences with digital marketing, events planning. /li liKnowledge of Financial and Commercial dynamics. /li liInsights-led thinking with strong analytical skills. /li liGlobal Mindset, and proven ability to effectively communicate and manage diverse, geographically dispersed teams. /li liFluent in English and Italian, with good written and verbal communication skills. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liFull-time, permanent contract with salary commensurate with experience. /li liAn entrepreneurial team and environment.
