Sales Executive - Semiconductor Industry

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the semiconductor industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence within the semiconductor sector.


Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Performance Management: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales volume, potential sales volume, and suggestions for expanding the customer base.
* Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals by leveraging your strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in the semiconductor industry.
* New Business Development: Identify and engage new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
* Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
* Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
* Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.


Requirements:

* Sales Experience: The ideal candidate should have sales experience in semiconductors or related industries, with a strong understanding of electronic components, supply chains, and technical sales.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of semiconductor products, supply chains, and market dynamics.
* Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* CRM and Analytics: Ability to work with CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
