Junior Digital Marketing Manager Italy (F/M/D) Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, E‑commerce or similar roles preferably within FMCG or consumer‑driven industries.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights and understand key digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROAS, CPM, CTR, etc.).
* Hands‑on experience in digital campaign execution, social media management, or e‑commerce operations.
* Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, Amazon, CMS tools, etc.) is a plus.
* Creative mindset combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders.
* Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
