A protagonist in major global strategic programs, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions, and businesses.Within the Electronics Business Area, we are looking for a **Sales Manager** for our Rome Tiburtina Km 12.400 office.The person will be responsible for the following activities:* Analyze technical, commercial, and contractual tender documentation, prepare the initial assessment, and share information with the Bid Team to support the Bid/No-Bid decision.* Support the preparation of the opportunity summary (i.E., Executive Summary) for company management, in the different tender phases and through the approval gates.* Prepare the offer documentation, define the related compliance matrix, and guide the technical team in drafting the proposal, ensuring its completeness, quality, and responsiveness to client requirements.* Manage the timing for the preparation of the technical and commercial offer, coordinating the various company functions, ensuring high quality of the response to tenders with the aim of maximizing the score and minimizing risks.* Collect technical information of the offer, recording decisions made and solutions implemented during its preparation, ensuring the overall coherence of the technical offer documents.* Support budgeting activities (Bid Budget and Project Costs), producing accurate effort estimates, critically analyzing estimates/quotes from various company functions and suppliers/partners, with the aim of optimizing costs and achieving the Price to Win.* Accurate cost/time estimation and drafting of operational plans consistent with the Bid Plan.* Management and monitoring of offer orders to rationalize the effort of other functions.* Support for negotiations and clarification management.* Support negotiations with the client and with suppliers/sub-contractors/partners.* Prepare, in case of award, the documentation necessary for handover to the project team.* Support post-mortem analysis of the tender in case of non-award.**Education:**Master's Degree in Engineering;
Master or MBA preferred.**Required Experience Level:**Master: at least 10-15 years of experience in Sales, Proposal & Bid Management, preferably in companies in the Aerospace, Defense, and Security sector.
