Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior B2B Field Marketing Manager to provide maternity leave coverage and ensure continuity of marketing activities across the Italian market. This role requires a strong background in Direct Marketing execution, field marketing, and campaign planning, operating within a fast-paced tech environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end campaign execution, and may support partner marketing activities as needed. Onsite presence in Milan is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute Direct Marketing initiatives across the Italian market.
* Own the full campaign lifecycle: planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and optimisation.
* Coordinate field marketing programs in partnership with cross-functional internal teams (sales, comms, product marketing, operations, etc.).
* Support partner marketing activities where required.
* Deliver insights, dashboards, and performance reports to drive continual improvement.
* Ensure smooth transition through both handover and hand-back periods with the outgoing vendor
Required Qualifications
* Strong senior-level B2B marketing experience
* Proven background in the tech industry.
* Demonstrated success in field marketing and direct marketing execution.
* Excellent planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Based in Milan, with ability to work onsite.
* Fluency in Italian and English.
