We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently, and transform in a dynamic market.The Regional Account Manager- Symantec & Carbon Black is responsible for owning, driving and expanding the overall sales plan for Symantec North-market segment.
This includes net new business (whitespace), customer win back and competitive displacement.
You will own the execution of this strategy across your geo and support our country channel team to meet their goals.
You will be responsible for generating and closing pipeline and developing plans to drive opportunity in this space.
You will develop strong business alignment with key partners and build robust reporting & forecasting for your business.
Your creativity, commercial acumen, proactivity and commitment will contribute to success as you continually develop the business and stay ahead of the market.ResponsibilitiesManagement & execution of commercial new business sales strategy directly with end-user prospectsOwnership of strategic relationships with key prospects (C-level/Senior Management)Manage local execution of EMEA-wide initiatives for each strategic program or market segment initiativeSupport key partnerships to drive new commercial opportunitiesCoordinate forecasting/pipeline process in line with Arrow CountriesWork closely with all internal departments/countries within Arrow ECS EMEA towards achieving financial and business goalsCollaborate with marketing to design and develop sales campaigns targeting commercial customer whitespaceDevelop sales plays to ensure continued adoption of Symantec products by commercial customersWhat We Are Looking ForRelevant direct touching/end-user sales experience in cybersecurity or technology space, managing customer relationships, processes and programs and/or sales personnel within the IT industryStrong experience in Symantec and Carbon BlackHas developed and executed strategic sales initiatives including setting business expectations and objectivesAbility to work effectively with marketing to maximize effectiveness of Go to Market programsDemonstrates leadership abilities, team management and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a matrix organizationTravel is estimated to take up 75% of working timeQualitiesStrong own leadership/management qualitiesStrong degree of structure and organizationAbility to enthuse, connect and mobilize people involvedGood understanding of vendor strategy and ability to evangelize vendor propositionsStrong understanding of the needs of the wider business in relation to the sales organizationHunting and farming profile mandatorySkillsFluent in Italian & EnglishStrong writing and communication skillsStrong influencing and negotiation skillsGood relationship buildingDirect experience with cloud computing and virtualization technology vendorsWhat We OfferCompany carCompetitive package (fixed + variable)Opportunity to take part in a new and stimulating experienceArrow is an equal opportunity employer.
