Your Role:
We are seeking an Omnichannel DISS Manager to lead drive-to-store initiatives, increasing qualified traffic online and in-store across our retail banners in the EMEA region. You will develop strategies connecting digital touchpoints with physical stores, focusing on enhancing customer journey and sales performance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implement drive-to-store initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams.
* Lead DISS strategy development and execution.
* Optimize customer experience using data insights.
* Educate local teams on KPIs and best practices.
* Provide tools and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
* Support growth projects and monitor progress.
* Identify trends and opportunities for digital-physical integration.
* Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Track KPIs using analytics tools.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance DISS adoption.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree-level education with strong business skills.
* 8+ years in retail, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles.
* Proficiency in data analysis and web analytics (Adobe, Google Analytics).
* Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
* Advanced MS Office skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
