Commercial Chef - Away From Home
We have an exciting opportunity for aCommercial Chef - Away From Hometo make a difference at Kraft Heinz!The position is part of the local Sales team in theAwayFromHomedepartment.Away From Homeis an important pillar of Kraft Heinz's global growth strategy and is becoming more important as people eat out more often & trends from food service are often adopted by consumers indoors.
You willbe responsible forculinary activities supporting the sales team. In this position you will have a lot of contact with food professionals, categorymanagersand head chefs of our National Accounts.This position reports directly to theTrade Marketing Manager Away from home.
Targets andpriorities:
1. Work with the commercial team to build strong relationships with our most important customers, distributors & prospects and deliver annual their sales targets
2. Understand and share culinary market trends and insights to coordinate our business strategy
3. Prepare and execute internal and external culinary sessions to present new products,demonstratetrends, contribute menu and recipe ideas
4. Coordinate and lead customer visits at outlet level with the foodservice team
5. Coordinate withmarketing teamto align on culinary strategy, portfolio needs and product improvement based on business objectives
6. Develop menus and recipes for our key customers and our marketing materials
7. Organize culinary quarterly training sessions for ourAwayFromHomesales team focused on product and portfolio knowledge, as well as applications of our products
8. Interact directly with select customer accounts
Profile
TheAwayFromHomeCommercial Chef has a good balance between culinary and commercial skills. You can deal with commercialobjectivesthat you share with theAwayFromHomeChannel Managers. You have an excellent understanding of the culinary and technical challenges of our most important customers in eachAwayFromHomechannel. You use your culinary experience and communication skills to propose ideas, opportunities and insights that will provide solutions for ourcustomers, andcreate business wins for the company.
We are looking for a representative, expressive and commercially driven chef with enormous ambition and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications
9. At least2years of work experience as a Chef, Culinary manager, NPDmanageror similar commercial position
10. Strong communicationskills: understanding, interpreting, informing, presenting, convincing, collaborating, working in project teams
11. Chef, Culinary or Food Science education / background/ commercialin food market
12. Knowledge about theAwayFromHomechannels (hotels, FSR, QSR, pubs, catering, industry, institutional)
13. Knowledge and appreciation of ourAwayFromHomeportfolio categories (cold & warm sauces, beans)
14. Being able to work under (time) pressure, you are flexible and adapt fast to new situations
15. Availablefull time
16. Ideally has a broad network in localAwayFromHome
17. Able to travel up to 70% of the time
