YOUR MISSION
You will have the opportunity to join our South-East Europe Commercial Department as a Retail Trainee in boutique. In this role, you will support the entire boutique team in key daily operational tasks and actions.
As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will contribute to clients' welcoming and boutique experience, traffic management, and ensuring visitors are taken care of efficiently.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? You will:
* Ensure an exceptional client experience at the entrance of the boutique
* Manage/direction of traffic and seat clients whenever possible, offering drinks, reading materials, etc.
* Inform clients about the approximate waiting time and ensure the first available Sales Associate attends to them
* Adapt according to clients' needs and expectations
* Transmit the passion and values of the Maison by developing strong product knowledge from a technical, storytelling, and client perspective
* Support/discreetly assist in various service and transaction-related tasks during sales
* Coordinate between Sales Associates, Stockist, Cashier, and Boutique Assistants
* Proceed with gift wrapping, cordon changes
* Accompany clients to the door upon departure
* Assist with After Sales duties without handling payments
* Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures
* Participate in boutique setup and teardown at opening and closing
* Contribute to the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
* Support in ordering boutique facilities (bags, drinks, edition materials, office supplies, etc.)
* Ensure that the boutique, windows, counters, etc., are in perfect condition
