Job Summary: Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base in the global DSO. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and tactics. Requirements: - Professional background in software selling, software deal shaping, and SaaS business. - Strong knowledge of the Energy Italian market - Utilities, Oil & Gas, and renewable market, with experience in different go-to-market strategies, from product-based to solution-based businesses. - Excellent communication, influencing, and networking skills across all hierarchical levels, especially with C-level customers. - Experience and attitude to collaborate and build business opportunities through other sales channels (Channel Partner, Distributors, Service, and Verticals). - Proven ability to handle complexity and a successful record of organizational change / Cultural Transformation initiatives. - Sales operational experience and data-driven attitude is a relevant plus. - Proficiency in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus. - Great teammate with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Being a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element. - Residency in the Rome area is a plus.
