We believe inclusion is a shared responsibility and we work together to foster a culture where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAs a Store Leader, you build and lead a team to engage and support customers in a dynamic environment. /li liYou foster an environment where the team delivers excellence in their performance, is energized by executing Apple’s goals and priorities, and excels in creating quality experiences for our customers. /li liThe Store Leader models Apple’s values and demonstrates deep care for teams and customers by being present and available. /li liLead and coach a team that identifies customers’ needs, provides exceptional customer interactions, and delivers on Apple’s business priorities. /li liCoach and develop leaders to create high‑performing teams that deliver exceptional results. /li liBe responsible for attracting, recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high‑performing team. /li liConsistently and actively participate in Floor Leadership and remove operational obstacles to improve the customer experience and team member performance. /li liBe responsible for developing the store’s operational strategy to drive Apple’s business priorities and achieve store performance goals. /li liDetermine store scheduling strategy in alignment with program guidelines, accounting for business, individual, and team needs, and achieving scheduling guidance. /li liAnalyze and use the business information required to support and execute the Apple Retail vision. /li liRegularly assess team and customer sentiment through formal and informal channels, address any areas of opportunity, and celebrate and recognize successes. /li liMaintain and uphold Apple’s policies and procedures, and protect all company assets including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information. /li liPerform other tasks as needed. /li liContribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn. /li liDemonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities. /li liBe a role model for inclusive leadership behaviors and build, develop, and retain diverse teams. /li liTake action to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liBe available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations. /li liBe proficient in English and the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported). /li liHave 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExceed goals successfully, and persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. /li liFollow through on commitments and establish mechanisms to encourage others to do the same. /li liInstill trust within the team and operate with a high level of integrity. /li liMake timely and sound decisions by asking questions and using analytics, experience, and judgment. /li liCommunicate with excellence, and tailor your communication style to different audiences. /li liCoach, train, and develop the store team to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results. /li liLead, build, and manage multiple business groups within a fast‑paced, complex, and constantly changing retail environment. /li liManage multiple strategic priorities through effective organization, planning, and prioritization. /li /ul pAt Apple, we’re not all the same.
