Your Role: Build & Lead the Expansion
As the Business Developer, you will be at the forefront of our Client’s market entry in Italy—starting with the opening of their first flagship store, and expanding their presence by identifying and launching additional strategic retail locations.
Once Italy is successfully underway, you’ll play a key role in replicating this model across other Italian areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Launch & Manage the First Store: Oversee the opening and day-to-day operations of their flagship store in Italy.
* Market Expansion: Scout, evaluate, and secure new retail locations for continued growth.
* Sales & Performance: Drive store performance through strong customer engagement, sales leadership, and local marketing.
* Customer Interaction: Appraise and purchase gold, silver, and other precious metals from clients (full training provided).
* Team Building: Help hire and manage a team as operations scale.
* Business Development: Act as a strategic partner for the growth of GoldUnion in Italy and Spain.
* Previous experience in retail, store operations, or business development.
* Native Italian speaker with high-level French and fluent English.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between Italy.
* A self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, and results-driven mindset.
