Communicate established plans and guidelines to merchandise partners regarding market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategies.
Assist in the implementation of projects through resource coordination and merchant guidance as per project plans.
Conduct industry analysis reports to help identify potential customer needs. 5+ years of operational experience, including but not limited to experience in brand management or platform operations.
* Extensive connections and relationships with local seller and vendor networks is a plus.
* Strong data analysis skills, able to analyze industry trends and project management through data, and summarize conclusions.
* Possesses market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities, capable of guiding overall merchant marketing plans.
