Grafton is partnering with a leading Italian company in the poultry meat industry to find an experienced Export Manager to drive international growth across European markets.
Directly reporting to General Manager, the Export Manager will:
Define and execute export strategies aligned with business goals.
Proven 5 years of experience in export sales, ideally in the meat industry.
Fluent in English; Spanish or French or German is a strong plus.
Willingness to travel across Europe.
Initial and ongoing training provided at the company HQ in Northern Lombardy, with meals and accommodation fully covered.
Salary: Annual gross salary (RAL) based on experience, plus annual performance premio.
Company car available for both business and personal use.
Hybrid work model with maximum flexibility in working hours.
International travel up to 50% of the time.
Long-term vision: building and leading an Export team .
