Responsibilities
* Adapt global marketing strategies to local market needs and consumer insights.
* Lead local activation planning: trade marketing, visibility, POS materials, campaigns, product animations.
* Develop and deliver commercial tools: cycle books, sales kits, training materials, merchandising.
* Conduct market research, competitor monitoring, and performance analysis (sell‑in/sell‑out).
* Provide recommendations to boost market performance and contribute to local forecasting.
* Collaborate with sales teams and KAMs on trade negotiations and ensure proper execution in the field.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring ROI on each activation.
* Organize and support commercial seminars and field visits to gather actionable insights.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree (Business / Marketing / Management).
* Relevant experience in operational marketing (Pharma / Food supplements).
* fluency in Italian and English.
* Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* Solid analytical mindset and ability to drive insights‑based recommendations.
* Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
* Organized, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Results oriented, commercial acumen, team‑building mindset.
