Responsibilities- Supervise and oversee the preparation of sweet items, pastries, breads, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates, and show pieces for guest and banquet event orders.
- Ensure consistent quality by following recipe cards, production, portion, and presentation standards.
- Complete mise en place and set up stations for service.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, date all food containers and rotate per policy, keep perishables at proper temperatures, check pars, and determine necessary preparation.
- Assist in setting up plans and actions to control food waste.
- Develop and mentor the team to deliver the highest levels of service excellence consistently.
Qualifications- Culinary and supervisory experience within a luxury hotel.
- Creative flair and personal touch, with energy to enhance all food and beverage experiences.

Schedule & HoursThis position is based at the Four Seasons Milan. It includes a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
RequirementsMust possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
