Purpose of the position The Sales Manager Horeca is responsible for implementing and developing the sales strategy within the HORECA Channel and the world of Quick Service Restaurants. The Sales Manager ensures the achievement of company goals in terms of revenue and gross margin while maintaining a close technical / commercial relationship with customers to identify new business opportunities, in line with corporate directives. Responsibilities Build trust-based relationships with key clients. Fully understand clients' needs and requirements. Expand relationships with clients by offering tailored solutions. Ensure timely delivery of the right products and services to customers. Act as a liaison between key clients and internal teams. Address and resolve customer issues to maintain trust. Play a critical role in generating new sales that lead to long-term relationships. Provide regular reports on progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key metrics. Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field. Professional Skills : 3 years in a similar role, preferably in B2B companies. General understanding of bakery, pastry, and ice cream products. Experience selling food products. Language Skills : Fluent Italian and English; third language is a plus.
