This position can be based in any Epta entity in Europe, meaning relocation to Hungary is not required. Are you ready to take ownership of some of our most strategic international customers and play a key role in shaping our global growth? We are looking for a Senior International Key Account Manager to lead and grow our strategic relationships with major international retail customers across the European region. This is a high‑impact leadership role with direct responsibility for leading and developing a team of professionals reporting directly to them. The position plays a key role in shaping international commercial strategy, driving sustainable growth and profitability, and influencing product and solution development at group level. You will act as a key interface between global customers and internal functions, ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and long‑term strategic partnerships.

What You’ll Do

* Lead the development and expansion of the International Key Account platform within Epta International and other European Epta legal entities
* Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and long‑term profitability across global accounts
* Manage international tenders and central commercial negotiations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customer HQs, anticipating needs and market trends
* Lead and coordinate a team of Key Account Managers / local sales resources, ensuring alignment with global strategy
* Steer local Sales teams in executing Key Account strategies across EMEA markets
* Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities
* Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure consistency and execution of global initiatives


What You Bring

* Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
* Proven experience managing large international Key Accounts, ideally in commercial refrigeration or B2B industrial sectors
* Strong experience in tender management and international contract negotiations
* Proven leadership experience, including management of teams or cross‑country sales structures
* Strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth in complex international environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior level
* Strong analytical and result‑oriented approach
* Fluent in English (mandatory); French required.
* Willingness to travel across the EMEA region
